If you have a problem of any kind with a computer system and you need a hand to fix it you should give me a call.
My rates are an excellent value. I take a great deal of pride in my work. Your computer simply will not have any problems by the time I'm done with it. For general computer troubleshooting and training I charge $40 / hour. Other local stores typically charge $55 - $95 / hour for the same work. I can offer a lower rate because I don't have a storefront or full-time employees. The old adage that "you get what you pay for" isn't always true. With me, you get a higher quality of service for less money.
I also offer virus-cleaning services at a flat rate of $50, though this will require you to leave your computer with me overnight. I always strive to fix a computer without formatting the drive or re-installing Windows. Sometimes, though, an infection is sufficiently bad that reformatting is the only way you can trust the computer's integrity again. If that's the case with your machine, I'll always call you first before I reformat.
